Benjamin earned his Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Rhode Island. With experience as a Systems Administrator, he works on Linux, Windows and Mac platforms and programs in languages ranging from SQL and Ruby to C++ and Java. As Technical Engineer, he is responsible not only for the development of custom interfaces for online collections databases, but also for creating specialized work flows to increase efficiencies and automate tasks. When it comes to producing cost-effective solutions, he is the “go-to-guy” for finding ways to save both time and money—savings which are then passed on to our clients.
