Delivery & Shipping Policy

For the purchase of prints, The Digital Ark (TDA) will ship using the following shipping
carriers and methods:

1. Domestic shipments will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
   Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the print size.
2. International shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

Prints will be shipped in tubes or flat, depending on the size of the prints. The typical time frame for the delivery of domestic shipments is 10 business days. The typical time frame for the delivery of international shipments is 17-20 business days.

For the purchase of downloadable digital images, The Digital Ark will immediately send the customer an e-mail containing instructions on how to download the digital file.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

TDA is so convinced that customers will be satisfied with their prints, that we will offer a full refund of the cost of the print within 30 calendar days (excluding shipping & handling charges and credit card processing fees) if the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase.

Unfortunately, since there is no way to protect downloadable images from being used and then returned, it is not feasible to offer this same return policy for downloadable images. Instead, TDA will offer a one time credit toward the purchase of a comparably priced image if a client is not 100% satisfied with a downloadable digital file.
